William Brazenor’s Last Will & Testament, 1913

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Brazenor of Alfredton Architect I appoint my son John Alexander Smyth Brazenor of Alfredton Executor of this my Will
I devise and bequeath all the real and personal property of which I shall die seized or possessed unto my wife Maria Brazenor absolutely but should the said Maria Brazenor predecease me then I devise and bequeath all the real and personal property of which I shall die seized or possessed unto my children John Alexander Smyth Brazenor Mary Smyth Brazenor Isabella Smyth Brazenor and my adopted son William Brazenor Clerk in the Ballarat Water Supply Office in equal shares as tenants in common In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifteenth day of December 1913.

Signed by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses
